This is a little gem in the heart of the Greenwich village in Manhattan. Owned by Marco Canora, an great Italian chef who opened Brodo in 2014 a to go homemade broth which as an health coach I know the high benefit of it when made which the freshest ingredients and organic meats. He also wrote many food book and this restaurant is owned with the philosophy of farm to table, biodynamic wines and elegant yet cozy atmosphere.
I came here with a large group of friend, the servers where extremely accommodating, the atmosphere homy, and the food delicious. I had some amazing fish, but the meat and vegetarian dishes where tasty as well. We even indulge in dessert and amazing wines.
