This restaurant is one of the thousand little food spots in soho and it’s fame is high for their specialty local beers, but don’t get fooled, the food is as delicious as well. They menu is not extensive but it’s filled with farm fresh, seasonal, local as possible that will fit every taste, from the carnivore to the vegetarian.
My first encounter was at lunch to celebrate getting my marriage license with my now husband. I order a delicious kale salad filled with nuts, radishes and more and a fish which was wild and of small size (the bigger the fish the more mercury it will hold), and my husband got a burger made with grass fed cow from upstate new york and a sprouted grain bun. I then also went for brunch with a friend and their eggs options, pancakes, french toasts are all to die for, as well as their tea selection served in a very nice cup.
Soho could make you think of high heels, Prada bags and Chanel glasses but actually you will be surprise how laid back this place can be. I mean you are still in Manhattan and in a hipster neighborhood but you don’t have to be a fashionista to eat here.
