I have found this amazing raw and vegan restaurant in the middle of the Parioli Neighborhood where there are all big restaurants. This place is great for an easy lunch. It’s light and the mixes are to die for. I had this delicious zucchini flowers with cashew “cheese” and nori, it was a perfect mix. The place also serves biodynamic wine and cold press juices if you want to grab something on the go. The place is quite small and easy but perfect for various occasions.
