This place is a little gem upstate New York in Tarrytown. Michelin Guide restaurant and many awards. I was impressed on their menu which was not the typical American food but actually, they not only had farmer’s market choices but also amazing vegan choices which were well created. I had an amazing vegan cheese (cashew based) and radish bruschetta and a delicious Jackfruit vegan tacos which tasted savory and had amazing consistency.
