When you arrive downtown there are many restaurants to choose from from Asians, to the classic diner food. When we arrived the first time to this city we were looking at farm to table local restaurants and Birch came along. We were luck enough to just be able to get a seat for 2, but that doesn’t happen as often.
This restaurant is a tasting menu where you choose your four courses out of vegetarian and not dishes. They are all based on seasons, and what found locally. You can always get surprised since the menu changes every couple of weeks. There restaurant holds a total of around 15 people so make sure to make your reservation in time. Don’t miss this place if there for only few days.
