If you are looking for a farm to table restaurant and more this might be the spot. This restaurant is own by the Seattle “Dan Barber” Matt Dillon, owner of various restaurants in the area and he was a forager before becoming a chef, which means he loves to cook various plants and more. His focus in on local and farm to table and the food is delicious. Not only the food is delicious, but also the fact that there is a huge open kitchen and it’s inside a market with other restaurants, local businesses and butcher is a plus cause you can stroll a little before or after your meal.
I must say is a go to if in Seattle and around Capitol Hill.
